I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant - had one cup of tea which seems to have generated the biggest ever burp 😳

Yesterday I ate half a chocolate cake and pickled onions for dinner ... today my boobs feel like they've gone up a cup size !
Please tell me the best parts of pregnancy are to come?

I'm 7 weeks with my second. Really struggling with sickness so not enjoying it atm. I'm still excited by the fact I'm pregnant but just wishing the first trimester away! I really enjoyed 2nd and start of 3rd trimester with first pregnancy so hoping it will be the same this time!
