Aibu to be off work with tooth infection

I have dry socket which kept me up all night. Been to dentist for antibiotics.

Work seem to be fine with me being off but I feel.guilty as its.just my teeth rather than proper illness.

Absolutely do not feel guilty - I had all four wisdom teeth taken out in April, got a dry socket in one of them, was genuinely one of the most painful experiences of my life, I was off work for four days! Hope it clears up soon!
