Just that really. They say we all have at least one book in us. And I've often wondered about writing one. Not many people are going to be interested in reading an autobiography of an unknown person. But a novel that drew from your own life experience. Possibly something that could help others. As in, experiences / trauma you have been through but lived to tell the tale. I feel it's worth thinking about.

Do you think people would be interested in your life? What would be the theme? And would there be a happy ending?

And no, I'm not a journo, or looking for ideas or a title. Just a genuine human interest. We all have lives / pasts that shape us.

My childhood wouldn’t look out of place ok the bookshelf with things like ‘a child called it’ my husband says you don’t play who had it worst game with me as I will always trump anything you’ve got!
My adult life has been pretty unremarkable really
Did a few years abroad which would be a good travel blog.
NC on and off with my mother - probably a story in there somewhere
My sister is very chaotic and I’m very organised so there’s definitely a comedy chick lit book in there as people always love my sister stories! Chick lit - you know the ones 2 people completely opposite switch lives and realise the other isn’t as bad as they thought /they learn to loosen up or become more organised etc

Mine would be a tragedy turning into hope and happiness.
Straight A student falling pregnant as a teenager and losing dp to a road accident.
Went on to have emotionally abusive relationship and another dc. Nearly lost my home due to him not paying rent and hiding debt from me. He left me 1000s in debt for another woman.
Now settled on my own with adult dc and a cat working in my old school and I love it.
MH issues along the way but I m 51 now with nice things, a good car and a mostly happy life.
People would think nah unrealistic all this stuff happens to one woman and she ends up ok. Smile

I think it would depend on the writer!

Barbara Pym wrote some good books and she wrote about provincial middle-aged women whose lives revolved around the local church.
