I really need to look good for something Wednesday night, is it possible to lose weight in two days? What can I do to look good then? I appreciate it's not a long term fix but if I could lose 5 or 6 lbs by then it would be amazing

I've done it as a quick fix to the bloating I get when AF visits and not once have I felt dehydrated from it. I've only ever done it as an occasional, one off kind of thing, and it seems to work wonders.

Colonic irrigation/enema?

LittleMissTeacup · 29/10/2019 11:32

PP have mentioned this but Epsom salt bath really does help! Also take all alcohol, carbs and snacks out of your diet and sub with lots of fruit and veg and drink water and green tea. At the very least, you won’t feel bloated which is nice and not eating is not healthy so I would highly recommend the food subs and Epsom salt baths. Also, I noticed if I drink green tea after eating, it seems to help with weight loss. Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone for replies. Didn't get chance to do Epsom due to work being mental but I have stored this trick for next time, so thank. Just curled my hair which always makes me feel nice. I'm gonna be with good friends and eating a meal so sitting down for most of evening (hiding the stomach 🤣). Let the good times roll.
