I would love someone to tell me what to do Confused

I will give you a brief summary of where I am at in my life at the moment. Importantly, I have 2 young children, and am looking for something flexible...

I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and corporate communications, and a masters in social psychology. MPhil from Oxbridge.
My work experience so far has included working with children with autism and other learning / behavioural problems. Mostly working one-to-one, leading teams, acting as a liaison between school, parents and other professionals. I really enjoyed this work, even though it was a huge drain on me emotionally and physically. It was also supposed to be a stop-gap while I applied for a doctorate (educational / research)... but never got there! During my masters, and for some time afterwards, I also worked for my city council as a senior project youth worker. I really enjoyed this as well.
A few years ago my husband and I moved country and for the whole time we have been here, I have been teaching psychology at a university. I enjoy the job and flexibility, but don't love it, and I would probably struggle getting a teaching job in the UK with my current qualifications.

I don't want to work with children anymore because I want to keep all my energy for my own kids! I love working with people, I am very good at making friends, making people feel good, offering advice, creating connections. I really like helping people, and being around people.

I am considering a coaching qualification, but I feel this might be a saturated market? What else could I do ?!?

I really welcome any advice!

HR or recruitment?

I'm a career advisor with the National Careers Service, it would be worthwhile you looking at the website and making an appointment to speak with someone for some guidance. Good luck!
