Letter to Neighbour

Hi, I'm looking for advice as I do not want to star a war but this is annoying me a lot.
I've lived in my flat for 6 months+, talk to neighbours when I see them and have had no issues prior to this.

We share a communal letterbox and I currently collect any post for myself, OH, DD, landlord or previous tenant.
We are friends with landlord and previous tenant and it is a minimal amount.

Over the last few weeks, there has been post/junk-mail delivered for our flat number in names I've never heard of (I assume previous tenants) and when I get round it to I write 'Not at this address' and post back.
However if there is any left in the letterbox longer than a day I am finding them in my pram which is kept next to the letter box.
1st it was on the hood of my pram now they're being placed inside the pram on my DD's seat.
I'm not a huge germaphobe or anything but I still don't like it and think it is so unnecessary and a tad passive aggressive.
Would be unreasonable to write a note to ask that post is kept where it is and as and when I can, I will deliver back?....

@Damntheman Thank you, that's exactly how I feel.
I only mentioned germs thinking that's what people would think I was referring to when it is isn't but I see that was a mistake now lol

That would REALLY irritate me OP YUDNBU. They have been, presumably, these names on post in the letterbox well before you even moved in... they know they are not for you.

Totally agree with Damntheman

Interestingly (or not) I live in the only rented flat in my building, I have lived here 4 years. The defaulted previous tenant get all sorts of DVLA letters, debt letters etc. The postman can see it is not my name on the communal letterbox, after 4 years he knows me.

He leaves the letters for this ex tenant on top of the box (presumably for landlord who lives in building). Some helpful arsehole puts them in my box all.the.time.

I find it spooky TBH. It is an act of total passive aggressive behaviour. I have also had sweet wrappers stuffed in there.

I reckon they're annoyed about pram.

I would also leave them on table.

YADNBU not whatever came out there!

Make another box and label "to be returned as not at this address" and file these in that.

Take the junk mail and put it in the recycling.. Easy

Do you have permission to leave your prom in a communal space? I think that might more the issue than the junk mail.
