For long I've wondered what is going on with a young man in my extended family and would appreciate your opinion please.
He has in the past referred to women who wear lots of make up, scantily dressed and those comfortable with their sexuality as sluts. He hates make up and anything false. He likes women to be covered eg no low cut tops.He says he isn't too keen on women's Bits and pulls faces when Sex is discussed. He thinks sex is over rated and he has only had one girlfriend in his life.He is mid thirties. To me this is strange.Has he issues with women or sex or sexuality.I am unsure how to navigate this.

If you want to and do believe he might actually improve. You could practice calmly asking "what do you mean by that" "or why would you say that" to start a conversation. But tricky if "piss off you judgemental prick" would cover it

What is a virgin whore thing?

It's like where a man will (subconsciously I think) categorise women as being one of the other. They can be Madonnas - sweet, innocent, naïve, virgins etc, or they can be whores.

One or the other*

And sorry, I think that's a bad explanation but Google the Madonna-whore complex.

Is he aware that other people find his views bizarre?
Perhaps you could suggest that he seek counselling for his obvious problems with the opposite sex and see how he reacts.
