When feeding ducks...

AIBU to think they all need to be carefully given a fair share? That's how I fed them as a child and I am curious to know whether everyone has an innate desire to treat ducks fairly or not.

A whole crusty loaf could equal a dead duck if it lands on it's head! Have you watched "About a Boy"?!

Justajot - it's a reference to the movie "About a Boy" where he accidentally killed a duck with his mother's homemade bread. Was a tongue in cheek comment, LOL.

YANBU OP
My daughter usually picks a favourite duck and gives him (it's always a male, they get there first!) a huge quantity . Shes only 2 so I think she can still be trained Grin

The other day I did get a bit annoyed with two adult women feeding the ducks with a whole loaf of bread which had obviously just been purchased. Not just stale bits or crust - literally throwing whole slices into the river. The ducks cant eat it fast enough so it just sinks and rots.
