To wonder if CBD oil has any effect?

Does it work for mood and anxiety? Does it do anything at all? Is it worth buying?

@DDIJ l used this one. Cbd Oil - kana-vape.com. l had the Red Bull flavour, but they have several options.

I don't believe it helps unless you are buying the concentrated oil from Spain or Amsterdam.
The strength here is 10% my uncle uses 80% he has parkinsons takes the drops it helps.
I think it is jumping on the back of medical marijuana although CBD is part of the plant it is usually both THC and CBD pure that has helped with fits, pain relief, families have fought for medical marijuana
once THC is legal you'll see better results for anxiety using medical marijuana rather than CBD.

Lots of people with MH issues self medicate using marijuana this can exacerbate their issues.
Lots of people smoke without ever suffering from MH issues.
Most adults who continue self medicating on a daily basis with alcohol or marijuana usually suffer with MH issues anyway, it is an escape.

I have been taking this from Holland & Barrett (uk). Has made a big difference 're joint pain. My DM tried it however and no impact so it clearly is hit and miss.

Yes, it’s fairly pricey, but it is streets apart from the others I’ve tried - I only need 1 drop for it to have a noticeable effect (lasts up to 4 hrs max).
I use it only when I need to for anxiety & pmt / menopause irritability etc & I find it great for that.
I stopped using it regularly because I felt it was causing me to wake up too early (as in it felt like my body wanted another dose) and I strongly dislike feeling beholden to anything.

This. I've cared for many people with drug induced psychosis. When you look at the whole picture they were generally struggling anyway and excessive (and I really do mean excessive) cannabis use just tips them over the edge.

I've never come across someone who was mentally well and has become psychotic from one time use of cannabis.

I grow my own to make into oil. The strain is Charlotte's Angel (negligible THC and very high CBD which is perfect for me as THC increases anxiety in my case).

I live in the Netherlands and good quality CBD oil is widely available but the price is insane for the dosage that works for me.

It's helped my sleep. I'm not sure about my anxiety/depression. Mine is mint flavored, it's tastes a little like mint tea, but if you don't like the flavor you can buy empty veggie caps and make it into pills to swallow.
