Hide appliances in house photos or not?

My house is being put up for sale next week and having photos done tomorrow.

My kitchen counters aren’t cluttered at all but should I put my toaster and kettle away? Would that look more appealing?

A friend of mine photographs houses for an estate agents and she said that often people don't even tidy up (although this is probably tenants who are annoyed about being uprooted)

Who keeps their toaster in a cupboard?
