ARGH!!!

So DH has just left with DSDs, he won’t be back for several weeks. DS2 (17) uscwith his dad. Adult DD and DS have left home.

We have recently done out our lounge. I have baked a cake to take to work tomorrow and am at a lose end.

I know I think I’ll sit down and read a book

First time in 22 years (other than on holiday once a year). Barely get through the fucking introduction and DS1 texts me “you home?” “Yes why?” 😭😭😭 “Be round in 10 mins to pick up my bike” FFS!!!! You have all left home nearly, I seized upon a few hours to read a flipping book and suddenly you are back - interrupting me!!!!

Have just realised I do this to my mam me, DH and 2 DD's may or may not descend on her when she's just settled down to watch Strictly...

Omg yes the walking in when I have JUST SAT DOWN TO WATCH AN IMPORTANT PROGRAMME! 😂😂

We don’t live near enough to ‘pop in’ but the first thing I do is check the fridge when I go to my DPs house the best thing is when DDAD decides that he needs something from Waitrose and takes me with him and not only buys me all my favourite food, he also gives me the green token to put in the charity box. I’m 38

They also con me and manage to “come along for the ride” to the supermarket where I take pity on the poor loves and buy them stuff
