Severe train delays which meant that I missed an important meeting. I applied for a refund as I had to give up on the train and miss my meeting. I got told that out of my whole ticket price I would only get a quarter of my money back due to 'admin fees'.
AIBU to think that because I didn't take the train due to no fault of my own that I should get all of my money back? I basically paid to walk into the train station, wait two hours and then walk out again.
