I mean this honestly and kindly bit a lot of your posts including this one are about the past. Forgive me if I'm in the wrong track but do you think maybe some form of talking or outlet would help? Are you wanting things to be like they were? I hope you are ok.

Im going to go against the grain. Parcel rhyming with arsehole is perfect comic poetry.

Maybe work on the scansion.
