I don't and neither does he. In fact I have never filled one in.

I know this is a few months old but I remember reading it at the time and started doing the surveys. Found out today that I won £100 Lidl vouchers, by doing a survey at the bottom of the receipt. It’s going to come in very useful

Someone I used to work with won the local Waitrose one twice out of the first three months the branch was open.
