Mine is tomorrow. This is my favourite time of year, but it's also a shit time for a birthday because I know or meet so many people who share it, or have one near it. Mine has never meant anything since I left school and stopped having proper friends.

I'm fairly young, not yet middle aged and I get very little fuss every year. Seems to be less and less. It doesn't matter your age its only natural to feel sad and want a bit of acknowledgment
