So ... am I being unreasonable in seeing this as the ultimate "absent father's Xmas decoration?"

It was not a broken decoration, they were all like that, with a single gingerbread mum.

It’s a shit decoration, I know that much.

That Gingerbread person-of-fluid-gender-expression is far to big to fit through that front door. It's disgraceful this sizeism, 2-dimensional gingerbread houses should be accessible to all!

DS was thrilled to finally have something with his name on as his sister with her overused popular name has loads of personalised Christmas tat decorations.

As a single mum I think I'll get this for the tree but have the dads name as Chris Helmsworth
