Is this pregnancy discrimination?

My boss has recently started picking holes in all my work, going as far to say my work has slipped over the past few months as am not working as late as I was... (I'm 5mths pregnant and shattered come 8 so generally asleep)

It's got so bad I've been signed off...
Any advice on how to handle the boss? Is this discrimination? I'm devestated my job is likely to end like this and worried about finances etc.

Firstly, make a note of every comment/criticism. Date and time.
Ask him for specific detail, don't just accept general criticism.
Be honest with yourself, have you slipped at all? (not saying you have, just worth considering).
If he is making unreasonable demands like working beyond contracted hours, ask to see request/complaint in writing then you can respond or forward to HR.
If he makes ANY comment about ante natal appts or your pregnancy, make a note of, send him an email summarising what was said, so you have evidence.
Have you been there less than two years? If so, it is pretty east for them to get rid of you. Do you really want to work there anyway? I mean it's worth sticking it for the maternity benefits, but after?

Yes it sounds to me like it is pregnancy discrimination. The advice from Liverbird77 is pretty good, I would follow that and take care of yourself, you've done nothing wrong.

To add the above, contact ACAS to get some information on your rights and the processes your employer should be following.

Thanks all. I'm at a loss with it all. My job means you have to take a certain amount of 💩 but it's gone to far. He's claiming I have done things which I have or completely denying conversations. Thankfully I can prove what I can. I'm not paid to still be working c11pm so have stopped doing it.

Maybe talking to ACAS is the best thing.
