Who steals from a grave !!!

My Dad sadly passed away in July just 10 weeks after being told he had cancer. We are still trying to get a headstone sorted as they are so expensive but in the meantime we have been putting little trinkets round his plot to brighten it up. Nothing major, just like tiny gnomes and my son has painted stones, that kind of thing.
One of items was a snowglobe of his favourite football team, think it cost me around £10 which is quite a bit of cash for us.
Anyway, went up today to tidy up and plant a new flower and the snowglobe is missing. Checked all round and it is no where to be seen so assuming it has been stolen.
Who on earth would steal from a grave. I am so angry right now. I can't do much for my Dad anymore apart from buy silly little things like this and someone thinks that it is ok to steal it .

My guess was the graveyard removed it. A lot of them are actually really strict about what can be left. Unfortunately in the haze of grief you may not remember exactly what they told you can be placed.
