To go and buy a bottle of fizz to enjoy solo in my sunny garden?

Ex has kids. I've done all the urgent chores and admin. Will we get many more Sundays like this? Its the weekend of a tragic anniversary and the beginning of the season of many sad memories. Shall i just have one sunny, drinky Sunday afternoon?

I've had three glasses already as had a child free weekend and it's been the anniversary of saying goodbye to my DB

Weekend away won't happen again within the next few years I would imagine. So im not feeling guilty at all. CheersWine

I am sat in my very hot and sunny garden, have been busy all day so just nipped into a pair of shorts and opened a very cold bottle of white wine we brought back from Kefalonia last year. It is delicious. Cheers.

All I'd say is get yourself some nice snacks to soak some of the booze up. Sorry for those of you not having a lovely day, but here in London it's absolutely glorious! Probably won't last much longer, so make the most of it.

Dropped my eldest back at Uni this morning. I've just had a glass! Had a good cry because I miss her already. Going to watch a comedy film and finish the bottle. Early night then work tomorrow!

Do it! I'm having a glass of grape juice in my lovely sunny garden. Back to work tomorrow so definitely making the most of it. DD15 is out at the beach with friends and dinner is in the oven for me and DP.
