...as STBXH/P will have your DC. I've seen this written here so many times. Some people seem to think this is some sort of law. If a non-resident parent doesn't want their DC overnight (or at all) there is nothing that the resident parent can do!! This is a sore point. Rant over.

I never had eow nor would he take the 3 dc at the same time as he thought his social life was more important. He would not have the 3 of them at once to try and stop mehaving any sort of social life. In the end my solicitor instructed that he had to take the 3 of them all together , solicitor said he had never sent a letter of that nature before !
