To ask if anyone has experienced eBay Global Shipping

I have ordered a large item from the US and it turns out it's being sent through the GSP

Online reviews are NOT encouraging but most seem to be from a few years ago.

Anyone used this recently? How bad is it? Be honest. Should I be afraid? Should I be very very afraid? 😨

Crap outcome OP...GSP makes it so much harder to get any answers.
After my parcel never even updated on the system, and the seller was useless at helping, I tried Paypal for a refund. Even though the transaction was on the CC statement as "Paypal", it wasn't on my Paypal account for some reason. Thankfully the bank did a chargeback so I got the full refund. Such a rigmarole!!
