AIBU in thinking some work situations just don’t get better?

Been in post (retail) just short of a year
I love the job love my colleagues it’s flexible hours so it suits (two small children) but about two months ago I had an argument with my boss where she said basically I talked too much and was lazy and slow at working. I was massively upset about these comments which I felt (and still feel aren’t true) and I said so at the time. She told me the next day that I would “just get over it” and I have to a point but AIBU in thinking some work situations you don’t just get over and if something happens within year one of a job it’s bound to be repeated? For reference this all came totally out of the blue and I’ve never experienced this in any other job (junior management)

I started a new job earlier this year and whilst there were a lot of down points I was really trying to make it work. However when my boss chose to humiliate me over something I didn't know and then when I was signed off sick with stress put me under even more pressure by using language which made me feel like there was an investigation going on into my work ( there wasn't), I realised I couldn't go back to that kind of environment. I'm so much happier in a new job. Life is too short to put your mental health at risk.

Maybe. But I had a massive fallout with my boss after my first year in a job. Right to the point where I tendered my resignation. He refused to accept it and we worked from there, put things back together - and I stayed for another 5 years and was promoted twice. I guess the difference was we wanted to work things out rather than just sweep them under the carpet.
