I mean surely this is tantamount to child abuse, or at the very least neglect? How does a parent allow this to happen? I mean you don’t have to be a nutritionist to know that chips, pringles and white bread aren’t exactly a balanced diet...

@Titsywoo I strongly believe that the viral gastroenteritis was the trigger for the ARFID, he was sick for 9 days, had seen our GP 4 times prior to being sent to hospital. I was absolutely gutted that his diet changed so radically.

@TeamUnicorn it was a minor success, he ate everything I dished up (including the normal version) and said that it was ok but he wouldn't choose the new version again. Just the fact that he tried it has given us both a massive boost, this has been ongoing for a total of 17 years, a few weeks ago he tried Weiner schnitzel and liked it and said that he would eat it if we go to Frankfurt again.
