Neighbour contacted us about changing our management company as the fees were too high and it’s putting off buyers and wanted to hold a meeting.
I had so many problems with the previous management company and it took so long to change that I said I wasn’t interested and wouldn’t attend a meeting.
This neighbour has now taken to parking in my space. It’s not numbered so it’s not technically my space but I’ve parked there for years. She’s lived there for 3 years and never once parked in that space before this issue,
