To feel uncomfortable about meeting the parents after 4 dates

Very new relationship (if it can even be called that after 4 dates and two sleep overs) and he wants me to travel up to his parents with him at the weekend to meet them.

I feel uncomfortable about that this early on as I've been quite breezy and wanting to take things slow.

AIBU?

Is this sweet or too much too soon?

It’s only weird if you aren’t both on the same page. With previous relationships this would have been too weird. With my partner we went fast forward with everything just because we knew. If you dont ‘know’ yet then just gently suggest you slow down a bit. Some people introduce their parents to everyone too, not just significant others, so consider that.

Listen to your gut, but don’t be ruled by it where it’s giving you messages based on what’s supposedly ‘normal’. If your previous relationships haven’t worked out, maybe a new normal is a good thing?
