10am for children to swim in apartment complex?

First time I’ve done a holiday like this.
Airbnb apartment around a lovely medium sized pool.

Very Spanish, no Brits, quiet and sleepy. There are children and typically they’ve been up late (later than I go to bed at 10.... single parent!) and up late in morning.
My two have been in bed at 8, and up at 7.30, so desperate to swim by 10.

They are not noisy and don’t argue but there will be laughter, there will be splashing, there will be shrieks.

Is 10am reasonable?

Rude to be able to say please and thank you?

No its rude to mention it. Why would you?

The culture in Spain is to eat late and stay up late after a siesta so I don’t think it’s odd that local children were up later than you if you went to bed at 10, when most people are still eating!!Grin bit irrelevant I know oops

It shouldn't have to be pointed out. We see it all the time here, holiday makers shocked that everyone doesn't speak English. It's Spain for goodness sake. Bare minimum holiday makers should be able to say please and thank you, to not is really rude.

I have noticed that if you see s group of blokes in Spain you can usually tell the brits by sight alone. Not sure what it is but somehow you can just tell.
