Everyone I know (including myself) seems to be permanently exhausted. I get about 6 hours a night and always feel like I’ve been hit by a bus when I wake up. Definitely need to start going to bed earlier but it’s so difficult to get time to myself without staying up late.

I’m in bed by 9:30-10 and asleep by 11:30 at the absolute latest, I’m up at 6 during the week. I have trouble sleeping, I wake constantly and from about 4 it’s just a light doze so I’m also permanently exhausted. I used to stay up much later, but really enjoy my early nights. It’s hard feeling like I have no real free time as I work, come home and sort dinner/the house etc, get the kids to bed and then that’s my time. I’m happy to spend it sleeping rather than anything else though!

I work permanent night shift so only sleep about 3-4 hours a day in the week.
Weekends I catch up on sleep and have anywhere between 6 and 10 hours.
I'm always tired...

I get between 3 and 10 per night and I have meds to help. But even after a longer sleep, I'm still tired as have too many nights where it's 3 or 4 hours.

Its rarely unbroken and Ive been tired for 20 years now. I also fall asleep at least once a week between 3 and 5pm and sleep around 2 hours. That sleep is the best I get all week, as it's feels so deep and like I've been drugged.

Depends on what time I go to bed. Some nights I get stuck on a YouTube channel or on some knitting project or editing a photo and don't go up until the early hours and am knackered at 7 the following morning. Some nights I go up when (or even before) the dc do and get up after them so might get about 12+ hours. On those days I feel fine.
