I’ve reached a place where I need some help working out what to do with the rest of my life. I’m late 30s with school age kids. Single parent (via divorce, kids still are Dad but never stay at his). I’ve never had a job I’ve loved, just jobs I’ve worked at and progressed well in.
I have 6x GCSE (Math, English, Science etc) grade A-C and a 2:1 in Business. I’ve always worked in office management jobs, but want more from the remainder of my life.
Ideally I’d like to do a conversion MSc and have a real profession, but what? I have the opportunity of a year off to do this, but have no idea what to do and if I don’t do it now the opportunity will pass me by.
If you were me, what would you do? What conversion could I do that would lead to a real profession and a good job?
