Yes unfortunately I'm pretty sure that it does Sad yes cars can carry a lot of weight but that's designed to be spread over the whole area of the car. When the weight is concentrated in one area for a long period it can cause damage.

Don't be hard on yourself op Flowers weight loss is bloody hard journey just take it a day at a time!

Yy could be driving styles.

Remember cars are designed (still) with men in mind. Loads are over 20st. In testing passrngers / kids are afterthought.

It dips when you get in, ok. Don't get ahead of yourself.

Like i say, dh 20st we have a car each so no balancing. No suspension issues.

Good luck with the diet, but don't anticipate probs where there may be none!

I mean all cars are still tested to average bloke.

Women have bigger issues with cars than weight, loads of men are 20st plus and they are tested/ designed for blokes.
