My husband thinks I'm being petty but he's going to Amsterdam (where he grew up) with his best friend for a night basically to go smoke.

That doesn't bother me, what bothers me is that in the whole 16 months we've had dd I haven't had one night away, he couldn't get a day off work to watch her when I was attending a wedding with his sister, so I ended up having a shitty night with a tired baby and then I ended up coming home early! Never mind but he's managed to get 3 days off work for his "trip". And he's on his annual leave a week later as we are going on holiday.

Anyways I want to go for a night to Paris with dd, but he thinks I'm being petty and there's no need because we are going on holiday after he comes back? But that isn't the point? I've always wanted him to take me on random little nights to Holland/Paris etc but he says it's pointless

Would I be unreasonable to just take me and dd off so I can tour do the Louvre etc !?

I don’t understand what the problem is-am I missing something?
