To carry on losing weight?

I've lost 7st in the last year. My BMI was over 40, I have to lose a few more pounds to be 'normal' BMI. However I would like to lose another stone if I can.

I feel like once I stop losing week on week that will be my natural weight. Also i still feel a bit heavy/ have noticeable flab etc.

Another factor is that I've always wanted a bloke to be able to pick me up and carry me Blush and I think i need to be under 10st for that (I'm just over 11st currently).

So AIBU?

That's such a common thing to happen! I had the "you're too thin" once I lost weight, funnily enough it was when I was slimmer than them that they said "oh you're fine now..."

I kept losing until I was happy, and I'm a bit of a fitness freak now...it changed my life.

Keep going OP and well done.

It’s funny with me it’s mostly people same size as me or smaller who are calling me skinny (I’ve got a 34g bust I am definitely not skinny!) or telling me not to lose any more.

The man thing...I was basing this on my ex partner (who is a big guy and weighs over 19st) saying he didn’t think he could lift anyone much over 9st...there’s no way I can get to 9st though.
