To start a business selling my amazing homemade fudge?

Currently musing ways to make some extra ££££'s.

My fudge is bloody fabulous if I do say so myself. I give it to friends and family who always want more.

That said, I'm not certain of the health and safety apect of this, I'm sure it's complicated (and rightly so), AIBU to think it's something that's worth persuing? I'd be looking to sell it online or at craft fairs etc.

Question you need to ask yourself is would your friends and family tell you your fudge was bloody marvellous even if it wasnt. And if they would, how do you know Which they are doing?
Also are they paying for it? Because while.i might call for more free fudge, I might feel differently if I had to pay for it.
That said, there probably is a market for bloody marvellous fudge (i hope that's what you decide to call.it)
Bit of advice. Package it very prettily and charge a LOT for it.
