To think this is expensive?

Needed a blind putting up in the window in my hall.
It's a tiny window (think a small rectangle toilet window)
Rang the company,they do free estimation.
He charged me £45 for 1 roller blind.
Is it just me who think that's really expensive ?
I was thinking £25-30 max
That includes fitting too ..but he will be in and out in 5 mins.

If you can find someone to put it up or can do it yourself you could use Blinds2go who are reasonable for mad3 to measure - my Roman blinds are from there.
