To lie to online doctors?

I am able to get a prescription for a particular contraceptive pill from my GP, who knows my weight/BMI and agrees that this pill is suitable despite being badly overweight (give me a break, I'm losing a lot and eating healthily)
The issue is that I am working FT and appointments at the doc are like hen's teeth, so I've just bought online (from a reputable pharmacy).
Despite the fact that my own GP has assessed this as suitable for someone of my weight, online doctors will just automatically say no when they see my BMI.
AIBU to lie to them and say I'm a healthy weight? There was no Facetime consultation, just filling in loads of forms.
Do they have access to my medical records? I ticked the box to say I didn't want them to contact my doctor, and the order has gone through and been approved, but I just don't want my GP to pull me up on the deception the next time I go (if I can even get an appointment!)
Given that a face to face GP thinks it appropriate, AIBU to lie? A pregnancy would be a disaster.

The clinic I buy mine with (The Online Clinic) get you to fill in the questionnaire and then post your pills out to you next day delivery so no chance of them weighing you.

I do all the time. Sometimes I need prescription repeats and can't get to the GP so I just lie on the sites. Nobody is going to get into trouble as you have to sign that you've given accurate information.

I’d do whatever you need to get what you need tbh.

Dangerous ground, where's the glass ceiling? Opiates? Benzodiazepines?

Passthecherrycoke · 29/07/2019 20:00

If you wanted benzodiazepines you’d just buy them online from India or something, not go through the hassle of trying to get a legit private prescription

SimplySteveRedux · 29/07/2019 20:01

Except you've no idea what's in the former.

I get cerazette from there as my doctor will only prescribe cerelle, due to cost. The mini pill on there does not require them to check your blood pressure, I do have it checked every few months anyway though.

Oh course

I do this.
My body, my risk.

Nyon · 30/07/2019 04:04

Spam - I am aware of the risks, and also of recent research that says that this risk has been overstated. My consultant at the hospital (for the migraines) said that I could go back on them. My GP refuses. And as a previous poster said, my body, my risk.

Spam88 · 30/07/2019 07:05

nyon just thought from your post that you thought you'd been taken off them because they caused migraines, so wanted to make sure you had the relevant info :) totally agree about the risk being overstated, if the mini pull hadn't worked out ok for me I probably would have tried to argue it with my GP.
