As a pre teen, I had a crysh on Lennie Bennett of Punchlines fame Confused

Then as a teen, I saw sense and fell in love with Adam Ant.

SheSnapsThenSheFarts · 23/07/2019 20:16

John Taylor. It's still John Taylor. It will always be John Taylor.

Greyscreendream · 23/07/2019 20:20

Mine was the Interceptor from the ITV show that lasted about two series. He used to run around in a long black leather jacket shooting contestants with a laser thingy on his arm.

Even wrote to him once and he replied with a signed photo. Best day ever when you’re about 11 😂

misslucienne · 23/07/2019 20:24

Paul Nicholls
Corey Haim
Tony Mortimer
Daniel Newman (Wulf off Robin Hood)
Christian Slater

SwingoutSisterSledge · 23/07/2019 20:29

Andy Bell from Erasure wishful thinking . Martin Sheen and Marty Pellow quite a mixed bag .

Pinkarsedfly · 23/07/2019 20:29

Like a pp, my crush career started with Dave Bartram when I was about three.

Paul Young was the first proper crush, though. Certain songs can send me straight back in time. God I loved him.

The most sustained one was Phillip Schofield, though, in his Broom Cupboard days. It lasted for about four years, culminating in me queuing at the Radio One roadshow and managing to get his autograph and kiss him on the cheek. Funnily enough, I went straight off him after that Grin

icelollycraving · 23/07/2019 20:34

pinkarsedfly that was me starting out with Dave Bartram!! I played a showaddywaddy album the other day, took me right back Grin

MagicKingdomDizzy · 23/07/2019 20:36

I came on here expecting to see Leonardo Dicaprio consistently listed. Shocked to see so many Hanson lovers!

I was the perfect age for a Leo crush (was 12-13 when Titanic came out).

My somewhat embarrassing crush was John Malkovich playing Athos in The Man In The Iron Mask (if you Google it, you'll see why I was embarrassed!). It wasn't his looks that attracted me though, it was that voice!

MagicKingdomDizzy · 23/07/2019 20:37

And David Boreanaz (I was sooooo in love with Angel!)

theluckiest · 23/07/2019 20:38

Patrick Swayze

Michael Praed

Michael Brandon (Dempsey & Makepeace)

Morton Harket

Clearly I had a thing for longer, mullet-style, dark hair on a man...I'm now married to a dark haired man. Won't grow it into a mullet for me though. Bastard Grin

I kissed all of their posters goodnight every night. Sigh.

Fairylea · 23/07/2019 20:40

@misslucienne I used to like Danny Newman too! My ex dh used to buy films off him on a street market years ago. How funny!

Rainbowknickers · 23/07/2019 20:40

cheesenpickles my mate met him and his brother at butlins
I swear I would have fainted lol (well 13 year old me would have done-I was going to marry him-that plan worked lol)
I felt very old when she told me her kids where like ‘who the hell is he???’

Jellykat · 23/07/2019 20:45

Ringo Starr, and Davy Jones from the monkeys..Oh and Charles Ingalls from little house on the prairie Grin

MarieIVanArkleStinks · 23/07/2019 20:45

The aforementioned Norwegian bloke... Morten Harket... sigh... still love him

Morten Harket: that's the name I couldn't remember! I think he bore more than a passing resemblance to Patrick Swayze - although admittedly I did have a soft spot for Swayze: should be illegal for any man to be THAT sexy! Point Break is a big favourite for me: the ex Presidents were the best movie bad-asses ever!

Corey Haim, what a sad shame and a waste that was. Desperately sad about his friend Corey Feldman too: who is seemingly to a lesser extent ruined, discredited and screwed up by the same forces that killed Haim. The Lost Boys was another favourite from that era, but I can't think about it in the same way now Sad

Another one for me: Andrew Eldritch AKA Sisters of Mercy. I find his irreverence strangely appealing!

Oysterbabe · 23/07/2019 20:46

Jason Donovan. I'll always love him.

dairymilkmonster · 23/07/2019 20:50

Gillian Anderson- realised I was bisexual.

Sceptre86 · 23/07/2019 20:54

Kevin Scott Richardson from the Backstreet boys, Jared Padelecki, Jensen Ackles and Channing Tatum. Kevin was the very first though, 11 year old me had smash hits posters of him on my bedroom walls!

JenWalker · 23/07/2019 20:55

Adam Ant - saw him on the Tv the other day (on an old TOTP) and it took me back - however, its tainted by seeing him in his current 'look' recently!

rugbychick1 · 23/07/2019 20:56

Steve Norman from Spandau Ballet
Nigel Havers
Would still do both as a 40 something!!!

QueenOfTheAndals · 23/07/2019 20:57

Cary Elwes
Julian Sands
Keanu Reeves
Christian Slater
