WIBU to go to the GP about sore legs

It feels a bit OTT and I hate wasting people's time.
I woke up Monday with what felt like after effects of leg cramp (pain in my back of my leg.)

Now it's in both my back legs, it feels like a solid mass (I can't describe it very well!) I do get DVTs when pregnant but my legs aren't swollen or red.
But I struggle to bend either of them now, the only thing that helps is a hot water bottle.

I will say I do suffer from leg cramps a lot, mainly at night but a hot water bottle will ease it but this isn't going away! I've tried eating bananas and drinking more milk, I'm not sure what else I could try?

Try taking magnesium It helps my leg cramps Make a rich hot chocolate. Eat more green leafy salads, cocoa & nuts

I do have magnesium spray but I find it useless! Is there a tablet form of magnesium or something? I'm not fond of many food that's high in it and I've got nothing like that in the house

Yes look on Amazon or a health food shop they sell magnesium tablets. In fact some of mine came from the pound shop.

Go to the GP. There is a thing called claudication which can cause leg pain. I am sure it's not but worth getting it checked out if it doesn't go after a few days. (Not clinical just work in a department which deals with this all the time.)

Have you tried some muscle rub first?

Do not buy magnesium from the pound shop. Go to a well known health food retailer where the training is vigorous. Buy a citrate form as it is well absorbed. Drink lots of water avoid alcohol. And check the magnesium content of spray, however if you have a history of blood clots go to the gp
