These are my continuous daily ailments. Is it normal to have 35 of them?

I am fighting so hard to stay normal, but I do get so tired. I'm 51 and most of my friends do HIIT and row at weekends - I'm embarrassed by how tired I get.

  1. Asthma
  2. hypermobility
  3. arthritis
  4. dry skin needing clinical treatment
  5. major abscesses - lifetime antibiotics
  6. incontinence
  7. menopause symptoms, HRT
  8. fibroids
  9. crotch fungal infection
10. liver disease NASH 11. Depression 12. Anxiety 13. OCD 14. athletes' foot 15. pronated feet 16. corns from foot damage 17. Thyroid failure 18. cancerous moles 19. breast lump 20. tooth loss 21. ear infections 22. hyperhidrosis 23. larynx spasms (cause passing out) 24. rhinitis 25. migraine 26. hair loss 27. eczema 28. acne 29. irritable bowel syn. 30. severe anemia 31. vit D deficiency 32. tooth abscesses 33. gum disease 34. haemorrhoids 35. chronic bronchitis.

Yes it is a lot and yes it sounds difficult. I'm sorry you're going through this. I hope you manage to treat a few of them and reduce the number one by one.
