To ask if you can regift a present when the child who gave it may be at the party?

It's definitely not the same child's gift as we have two parties coming up and one child wasn't invited (other class in the year group but they are doing a whole year group party, mad people) and the other child couldn't make it to my child's party.

I wonder how many times this gift can go round the class? Mind you we are now in June so there aren't many left in the school year.

I have given things as gifts my children were given and liked so much I've bought more for gifts for others! Also regifted duplicates. I think it's fine unless it's something really out there they may mention.

The child probably does not even know or remember what he gave as a present. Re gift, it will be fine!

YANBU to regift. If it is new and not crappy, then recycle it to the birthday kid.

If you think the child will like it then give it, if it's just crap and you want rid then take it to the charity shop.
