5 year old birthday ideas on a budget!

Hi just asking from some quick ideas.
I'm a student parent and as it's the holidays I don't have a lot of spare money.
Daughter turns 5 in August and I'm a bit stuck on what to get her. She's had all the "Big stuff" now, eg, Bike, Scooter, Dolls house, Guitar...
My budget is probably around the £100 mark. I dont like to buy things like clothes or shoes as birthday presents, as those are things I provide anyway. She has too many books so no more of those!
Just wanting to know if anyone has had any surprising presents that didn't cost a bomb but were really loved by your kids.
Thankyou!

Ooo TokyoSushi, yes Hama beads (or aquabeads). Ikea do a version of Hama beads which are very reasonable.

My 5 year old is getting into audio books. We've ordered her a nice pair of headphones and downloaded her favourite Roald Dahl books

Instead of "things" why not give her an experience? A day at the zoo, or a play park, or a children's museum? Maybe a crafting event where she could paint her own t-shirt or mug? You could do a Mother-Daughter day and paint matching shirts. Take lots of pictures and print them up. Put them in a photo album with a simple written description so she can "read" her Birthday Book over and over.

Yes, I didn't mention she has a day out. She has day tickets to Bestival, so that is her big present but its a month before her birthday so I want something she can open on the actual day.
Shes going to do the Lush bathbomb making with some friends too.

Marble run. Best present we've had for ages. Both my kids love it.

A day out - make memories
