I'm not young. I'm losing my looks. I would feel better if I didn't wear glasses.
Has anyone had their eyes Lasered?
I don't want gorey details just recommendations and a park ball figure.
Tia.

Moorfields. Really high prescription to 20/20 vision best £4K I have EVER spent. Was a doddle, could see immediately after procedure without glasses. It was more expensive than some because I was so blind - costs more for high prescription- but has transformed my life. I was terrified which was why I went to Moorfields - they are the absolute best in the country.

Wow thank you for your responses.
I am in London. I wear varifocles. I am 58 not rich but I am very squeamish, particularly with eyes. But I've heard things have moved on but I'm definitely starting to feel wussed again.
@sleepwhenimred That's what I fear.
I haven't been to optician recently and long overdue new glasses.
Sigh. I'll take advice from the optician. I guess it'll be the same as my dentist's. Too old basically. Not enough bone to accommodate cosmetic dentistry. Meh.

I had mine done in 2004 for 2k and think it was nearly the best thing I ever did. Now I'm heading for 50 I'm getting a tiny bit short sighted again but - 1 rather than the - 6 I was before so no big problem. Just go for a specialist rather than high street I would say.
