AIBU to ask for your easy Saturday dinner (healthyish!)

Had a very busy week but don't want to resort to a takeaway full of salt and fat this evening for dinner. I'm not keen on spending ages cooking either, gosh I'm being difficult today! Tell me what your easy go to healthyish dinners are please for 5 of us!

Diced chicken breast. Marinade in olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper for 20 mins. Cook well in a hot pan.

When ready, stuff into soft sub rolls with side salad and potato wedges. Add your choice of mayo or bbq sauce to the rolls.

Tonight we are having halloumi cheese, red rice and salad. Reasonably healthy and fairly quick to throw together.

Chicken breast with some sort of rub such as piri piri or similar (you can buy packets in supermarket) with roasted peppers, red onions, sweet potatoes. A dollop of sour cream if you fancy it. Really easy and nice.
