Roaring with laughter at this, we have discussed doing the same thing on here when tearing our hair out at the mess teenagers make. Nicky Campbell said "It just pisses me off" and put up a picture.

Was he being unfair to his daughter? I should say his daughter did know and say it was ok to do so.

Hi said he had her permission to post it, so what's the issue?

NorthernSpirit · 17/06/2019 17:39

She’s 19 and a slob.

My house was burgled and ransacked and left in a better state.

She should be embarrassed about how she treats someone else home.

redspider1 · 17/06/2019 17:40

Yes DH said the same. Every week she does the walk of shame and brings them down on a tray(after we have yelled we want a cup of coffee that is not from a bowl!!!!)

Nextphonewontbesamsung · 17/06/2019 17:47

Dear God, no wonder we've raised a generation of snowflakes who can't accept any criticism. I say good on him.

RaffertyFair · 17/06/2019 17:47

Who is this 19 year old everyone is claiming is ok about it? The artist daughter is 21 .
He does however have another daughter who is around 19. Which leads some of us to think that it was perhaps dd2 (19) who he was having a go at but got a load of backlash and came up with the story it was all about dd1 (21) who is hysterically funny and this was a "trope" and here's a link to her art work ...

tttigress · 17/06/2019 17:50

Can't stand Nicky Campbell, he is so smug.

WoollyMollyMonkey · 17/06/2019 18:33

Looks like my daughter’s bedroom. Hers always looks like that and has done for years, despite my nagging. I refuse to go in there. She’s at uni, I just leave it and shut the door!

JustGiveMeTwoMinutes · 17/06/2019 18:51

I remember when John peel used to complain about his son's room in his radio Times column. Pre SM so no photos tho

Yabbers · 17/06/2019 19:11

She said it was ok. Assuming she isn’t terrified of him and he’s not forcing/controlling, then it’s absolutely fine that he did so.

My room was a complete tip at 21. I couldn’t have cared less of my parents had posted it on the internet for thousands of people to see.

Yabbers · 17/06/2019 19:12

She should be embarrassed about how she treats someone else home.

It’s her space in her own home.

User10fuckingmillion · 17/06/2019 19:13

It’s not that bad Blush

YouTheCat · 17/06/2019 19:16

I have seen much much worse.

User10fuckingmillion · 17/06/2019 19:17

I like her avocado cuddly toy

Piffle11 · 17/06/2019 19:25

Can't bear Nicky Campbell. All that guff about nursing his first wife through her illness, then dumping her for the woman who read the news on the radio. Yes I'm missing the point of the thread …

ssd · 17/06/2019 19:45

I tidy my sons rooms, I hate a mess. Blush

Hithere12 · 17/06/2019 19:51

Oh brilliant. Public humiliation to thousands of people as a punishment. What a moron.

marvellousnightforamooncup · 17/06/2019 21:00

The latest in a line of things I can't be arsed to get in a froth about.
