It is June & I have got my heating on..

Aibu? Fecking cold here. Heavily pissing with rain most of the afternoon. Coooold. Anyone else got their heating on? If I had an open fire I'd have a couple of logs on by now, but I don't even have a fireplace!

It's been terrible here too! Stove on after lunch but sun came out and actually managed to eat outside this evening..... just had those pesky midges flying around though!!

We have been putting ours on all week, been freezing and wet so.
I was looking back at pictures of ds from last year and the year before, and he was wearing just shorts and in his paddling pool. It made me think how different it's been the same time this year,

@totur the ice age and current climate change are not the same thing. Climate change is man-made, rapid and will devastate the earth unless we do something about it.

I’m in dressing gown and under a blanket

Heating on a couple of days ago and my thermal vest. Today I got out my wool jumper as well. The bath towels smell dank as they never air off so washing them every couple of days. This constant rain is really depressing.

Scotland here - heating has been on , been going to bed with socks on and dressing gown spread out over the top of the duvet - same as I do in the middle of bloody winter

I think it's boiling. I mean yeh it's raining but it's still hot. I have my windows open. I'm in the NE as well where we usually get the colder weather.
