A baby and a toddler ready (and yourself) to leave the house?

Is there some magic I'm missing? It's basically hell and takes half the day!

Yes changing bag, toddler bag and your bag need to be repacked each time you come home so it's ready to go every time. Unnecessary stress rushing around every morning half dressed and starving while your baby screams and the toddler is up to no good.
