Amazon Being Unreasonable? WWYD?

I bought a throw for the bedroom. It cost £20.00

I didn't like it so sent it back. There was nothing wrong with it but it didn't match anything. Sending it back cost me £5.00. So now I'm down a fiver.

The seller says they haven't received it. Amazon says that's too bad, and won't refund me the £20.00.

So now I'm down £25.00.

The issue is that I didn't provide the seller with any tracking information so they have no idea which parcel was mine when it was returned.

Well - I know I was in the wrong. I didn't keep the receipt so it was my fault, of course.

Just off to purchase something else from this seller...…………...
