Foul-Mouthed Children

I was pegging out the washing earlier on and could hear the children next door but one playing outside in the garden.
(The children don't live there, they visit regularly) Absolutely fine, I've got no problem with that at all, my DD (who is 3) spends a fair chunk of her time playing outside so I expect it and it doesn't bother me.

What does bother me (hugely) was that about half an hour later I can hear them shouting repeatedly:
"You're a fat fuck!"
"You're a dirty n!gger"

The children in question are around 5 or 6, and one who is roughly the same age as my DD.

I looked out the window, and can see that this is all aimed at their Grandmother (I assume). For context, The lady doesn't speak very much English, although we wave, smile and say hello. She seems lovely.

I'm annoyed at myself for not asking the children not to swear. They can be quite foul mouthed, but in general it tends to be the older children, and while that's still a bit grating, its usually much later on and DD is in bed.

AIBU to say something if I hear that sort of language again? I do not want my child using that kind of language (knowing my luck she'll repeat it). And to who? I don't think I've ever bumped into the lady's family, I know she has a son, but that's all I know, and his child wasn't there today.

I cannot even type the "n" word, I hate it that much
