How many times have you dropped your phone on your child?

Light-hearted.

Will hold my hands up and admit to dropping my phone on my face in bed and my children's heads when they were babies when they'd fallen asleep on me.

Sat here with my DS's. They want a snuggle whilst they watch Loud House, so I'm doing that and getting my AIBU fix. All of a sudden my phone slipped out of my hand and hit DS2 (6) on the forehead. He was then most put out when I started laughing at his indignant 'ow'.

Tell me I'm not alone, please!

I dropped some cous cous on my baby's head when she was a day old ... had her in the sling, was starving, didn't want to move her but wanted to eat... you can see where this is going!

And yes, I've dropped my phone on her head too. Including once just as she was falling asleep while breastfeeding, which I still feel terrible about!

Noodles - very messy! Also phone during night feed twice.

My kids were always covered in crumbs. It was their own fault for being velcro babies.

@highheelsandbobblehats it was a rotisserie one. The little bugger ate half of it by the time I cleaned up the mess!

I was breastfeeding my DD and eating spaghetti, one sleep deprived evening, you can guess what happened.

Dropped truffle oil from a takeaway pizza on my DS’s head when he was a couple of weeks old (beat that for most middle class post ).

Also dropped my phone on both our heads when trying to take a really cute selfie. It really bloody hurt which made me feel even more awful. DS wasn’t too bothered though.

A cousin fake tanned herself then gave her kid a hug and covered them in fake tan so the baby was a bit orange!
