How long would you give a job before quitting ?

Sales role, been completely misled. Lied to tbh. Boss is a complete loose cannon, disappears for days on end. We have contractors calling up demanding to be paid, who are eventually but it’s stressful.

Been there 3 weeks

I stayed in the wrong job for 17 long, miserable, stressful, soul destroying fucking years. It made a huge mark on me as a person.

I would heartily recommend anyone not happy in their job to quit ASAP.
