Is anyone familiar with the car park by the Quay in Wells Next the Sea?

I've got a penalty charge from them. I was there one evening (dark) and waited in the car with DC whilst DP went to the chippy.

I didn't see any signs (didn't get out of car) - are they prominent?

This could turn out to be a bloody expensive chip supper !

This used to be good advice. It isn't anymore. I'm in court today over an unpaid private parking ticket. The firms are increasingly taking people to court and often winning. Some of my colleagues have CCJs now.

This is dreadful advice. The company will just sell on the debt to a recovery service and you end up with a much higher charge.
