It's a boy.

My guess is something super traditional.

Prince or King

MidsomerBurgers · 11/05/2019 19:47

As it’s Chicago’s twin...how about Illinois?

That's what I was going to say.

TurquoiseDress · 11/05/2019 20:01

South?

West end?

petrasolano · 17/05/2019 23:27

Well that's ..expected.

Dimebag10M · 17/05/2019 23:54
Confused
BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 18/05/2019 00:03

Well that's a lifetime of explaining "no it's not Sam spelt S-A-M" for the poor child

Rach182 · 18/05/2019 08:11

To be fair it's not pronounced as Sam.

AIBU to actually like the name 😂 thought it would be much crazier than that!

Icklepup · 18/05/2019 08:26

Not as crazy as I'd thought..
North is kind of left out as the other kids have names starting with 's' sound.

BruceAndNosh · 18/05/2019 08:56

To be fair it's not pronounced as Sam

It's how I've always said Psalm (strict Methodist upbringing)

BruceAndNosh · 18/05/2019 08:58

Sorry, you're right, psalm has a longer A sound than Sam.

But if people hear "hi, my name is Saaam" they're going to think Sam rather than Psalm

SoupDragon · 18/05/2019 09:01

Psalm is more "sahm" than Sam isn't is? (I would put Sarm but that brings out all the people whinging about rhotic/non rhotic accents and claiming not to understand.)

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 18/05/2019 09:07

Hopefully someone won a shed load at the bookies after this was announced

Oh I thought it was a joke. Has Boone explained that ‘people names’ are ... people names? Bookend, Stepladder and Cystitis are not suitable names for a person.

Ghostontoast · 18/05/2019 11:10

I would have said neither ate Blanket or Apple but that didn’t stop M Jackson or G Paltrow from those choices.

I’m going with Up West.

Ghostontoast · 18/05/2019 11:10

Are

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 18/05/2019 11:17

I like ‘up’. Very positive!

imonlyatoyspider · 18/05/2019 11:28

justdoingmything · 18/05/2019 11:30

Laniakea · 18/05/2019 11:30

Psalm rhymes with palm surely, it isn’t pronounced ‘sam’.

imonlyatoyspider · 18/05/2019 11:58

Flatulence westerlie west

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 18/05/2019 12:08
